HOW TO TAKE CARE OF PLASTIC WINDOWS?
- Clean the dirt on the window fitting
- When you wash the windows, don´t wash the fitting along with the window – you will remove the special lubricant
- Don´t use cleaners which have additives of rough particles
- Don´t use raw materials, steel wool and abrasive papers for cleaning purpose
- Don´t use solvents, acid cleaners and aggressive substances
- Once a year have a basic service done
WHAT IS NECESSARY TO DO WHEN THERE IS A DEW ON THE WINDOWS?
- Measure the humidity with hygrometer or thermometer with hygrometer (if it is less than 60%
and there is a dew on the windows, then the problem is around them or in them) – please contact
the windows service - If you measure the humidity more than 60%, then just change the air with ventilate window or open windows
several times a day - Check for the excess heat in window – if there isn’t any barrier:
- The long curtains given behind radiator shall prevent the heat to
window (the problem with a dew) - The Venetian blinds are down at night (in cold nights leave the Venetian
blinds up) - Deep window sill is covered by a radiator
- Lots of flowers placed near the window
- In case of floor heating system a lot of furniture by a radiator
WHAT TO DO WHEN THE WINDOWS ARE NOT SEALED?
- Call the technical service
- There are many types of sealing – it´s necessary to choose the suitable sealing
- It´s necessary to adjust an optimal pressure of window
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF VENETIAN BLINDS?
- Dust and mechanical damages are not good for Venetian blinds, therefore should be avoided and taken care
- Remove or clean the dust with dust cloth or dry soft small cloth or small sponge
- You also can remove dust with soft wet small cloth
- Cleaners without chemical additives (ideal is a soap solution) can also be used
- Clean the first side of slat and then the second side of slat
- If you damage mechanically the slots, textile bands, nylon, plastic covers or door handle, please don´t hesitate
to contact the technical service
